Front diff won't unlock (1 Viewer)

I had the front diff out and had it rebuilt.

Carrier bearing spun.

It's all back together now but it won't unlock.

I pulled the lock sensor and I can move the internals with a screwdriver.

Any ideas?

The actuators are not the most reliable parts on these trucks. Hence my cable actuator conversion that I may be able to get back to some year.

I have to ask.
Did you lift the front and spin the tires, or are you using the dash indicator?
Sometimes the timing is off after a tear down.
I actually have to pull a front because the light flashes but should be solid as she is locked.

Fair question..

I drove it around and the steering is terrible with the hubs locked. When I move the fork with a screw driver it goes back in.

I think I installed the unit in the wrong position. I'll remove it and see if it's indexed right.

K pulled the e locker, unlocked manually and reinstalled the e locker.

All back to normal.
