Front Bumper Attachments

Hey Guys:

Anybody know what these rubber things on the front bumper are called and where I could get them? I bought an aftermarket front bumper for my FJ40 from CCOT and it has two holes that appear to be for these deals. BTW--I grabbed this pic from the interwebs--its not my FJ40.

I've looked at CCOT, Cruiser Corps, and most of the big Cruiser sites but can't seem to find them. Of course, I'm not sure what they are called so I'm not 100 percent sure what I'm looking for.

They are almost always on Central/South American 40's. I always called them bumper tits; no idea what the real name of them is.

If you have ever driven in central/south America, you would see why they are needed. Parking and driving in chaos with metal bumpers is not good. Many low speed bumps , these help on damage.
