Finally getting to my knuckle rebuild, going well, but nudged my index ring loose on one side. Upon repositioning I notice it is slightly bent and has a bit of a bur on one edge preventing it from seating properly, I can get it in, but it doesn't seem to be holding in firmly, like I might bump it out when the driveshaft goes back in. Tried to order the part and was advised to try a used one from Classic Cruisers. Saw a thread where someone cut one in half and spot welded one half on each side, and one old one where Cruiser Dan said one must purchase a new complete axle
