Looks like I missed the air intake side. I did reinstall the intake with new gaskets. The fuel lines went in after that.

How do you like this? end up working well? For the battery isolator, I ordered a cheap one off of Amazon. It got good reviews and even came with cable for about $100. I wired it up and installed a 6 slot fuse block in the rear quarter panel for the USB and 12V outlets.

That looks awesome. Have you taken her for a spin yet?
The other reason for removing the intake manifold was to get better access to the injection pump. I'm installing a boost compensator to better manage fuel delivery under boost.

Ah. I assume a factory turbo has one.GT, it's to adjust the fuel flow at different boost levels. The 1HZ doesn't come with one normally. If you turbo it, it's a good idea to add the boost compensator. Pretty easy to do.
