Friend in Tempe need commercial electrical/plumbing contractors (1 Viewer)

I'm asking for a friend of mine who is trying to start a Distillery business in Tempe. They've moved from NM to Tempe in the hopes of getting their dream rolling. They're in need of an electrician and a plumber for commercial TI on 1,700 sq ft space in Tempe on S. Kyrene.

So far they haven't had the best of luck finding contractors and the ones they found, provided a range of quotes that have been all over the place.
