Fresh air vent cable

Trying to remove the fresh air vent cable from my 73 40. Looked thru the service manual and couldn't find any reference on how to disconnect the cable from the vent door. Can't see any set screw or hook holding it on to the pin. Do I have to remove the blower?

ok so i went and looked at it, and theres this little circlip deal that yougotta takeoff first. i hope thats what yourlooking for

Yeah that's it.. Mine is so corroded I didn't see the clip. My vision isn't what it used to either.
