Ha! My wife got snagged there a few years back for driving like a real asshat. I'll ask if she used a lawyer or not. Isn't that one of those counties that makes you appear no matter how small the charge? I'll reply back or PM after a few hours.
Shameless plug - Great Smoky Mount Fish Camp & Safari on the Little Tennessee River is an annual trip for me to float a kayak and catch some smallmouth. HUGE trout in there, too, that I've seen but not caught. McDowell County makes you take a class or no mercy. We found that out after Logan snuck off to Cullowee to meet some UC members and got clocked 10 miles over on I40. Sucked at the time.

Make sure you don't get in any trouble John! PJC's are per household, and if you get busted, her PJC comes back up for trial!
Yeah, I don't really understand that. Hers was maybe 4-5 years ago. I'd forgotten that she did that to me!
