Anybody looking for a Troopy? Not mine, no affiliation, no horse in the race, just saw it online and it seems like a pretty fair deal.
1997 HZJ75 Troop Carrier. 1HZ naturally aspirated diesel. Equipped with ARB locking diffs front and rear. Doesn't have a/c, but that can be added. Shows 207000km's, which is about 129k miles (reasonably low for its age). Seems to be in original paint (GVWR decal is still present, and fender gaskets/beading haven't been painted over), though it does have a few scrapes on the body. No obvious signs of rust and it's from an area of France where I wouldn't expect much--definitely confirm that with photos from the seller, though. Driver's seat is a bit tattered (they all are). The rear cargo area has some unusual modifications that should be easy to remove and put right.
Seller's asking 19500 Euro, which is about US$21000 today.
