Can anyone tell me what these are on my 1967 FJ45 frame?

This one is on the rear drivers (left) side. I'm thinking it's maybe an exhaust mount?

This one is on the inside of drivers (left) side frame rail. I have no idea.

1st pic is the tailpipe hanger and the second pic is the muffler bracket.

Is the muffler supposed to mount to the bracket in the second picture somehow? Tried finding a diagram or picture, no luck.

Yes it fits that bracket and uses a band clamp.
