FPR Fuel Pressure Regulator (1 Viewer)

Help,,, Looking at my old 91 engine, where is the Fuel Pressure Regulator. Is it the round part front/right above the end of our air intake plastic tube. There is picture of it in the below link. I want to take care of this before I am off to Utah/Nevada. Hope you all can help... Thanks
