There’s a few versions of OEM racks. Some with 3 legs per side and some with 2. I’m pretty sure that’s an OEM 2 leg.
I think they were a dealership add-on. Keep an eye on the spots where they drilled through the roof, it’s a typical spot for leaks and rust. Looks great though!

That non US OEM fog light button is worth a few upgrades on the truck if you feel like selling it. Not many of those hit the open market. Do your research before taking an offer from someone.
