For those with the front disc brake dust cover delete option

I'm thinking of loosing my dust covers for my front brakes, can someone tell me how long their flexible brake pipes are?

I realise there is a kit for sale in the US, but would like to not pay international postage / import duty.

Is there anything else I need?

I have had good luck with after-market braided brake lines, checkout my thread on the subject.

Thanks for the link - looks as If I need 11.5inch or 12inch ones for the front. Or probably about 30cm in my money!
