What length tie rod should I use/cut? I know stock tie rod is 44.5" long, so should I stick to this length or shorter? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I'm assuming that you're running the gm 1 ton TREs? If so, did you just ream out the steering arms/pitman arm?

I'm not running the 1 ton ends yet. Currently have a bent tie rod and will be building a beefier one.

Ok. What are your plans for the pitman arm/steering arms? I want to run the 1-ton TREs, but it doesn't look like there's enough material to safely enlarge the holes to the 7/8" taper.
