80 series upper hatch lifting struts from LiftDepot. They work fine but doesn't go all the way to the top on their own so if you aren't as tall as me, you prolly won't care. If you push the hatch up higher, it stays up there no problem. No sinking, even in winter. I think they are less than two years old and given to me. I bought new ones last week.

I have another older set with the same issue, somewhere around here.......

Short Bed off an 85 Toyota pickup 4x4 , rust in the typical areas , besides rust the bed is actually very straight those are the two main areas of rust , if interested can send more pictures.

I think I found a pair of these yakima clamps, so I can mount a 3rd load bar for my RTT.

Another used gear store is Moab Gear Trader. They have a large selection and reasonable pricing. The last time I went to REgear he was selling a bunch of stuff from liquidators.

Every time I drive up to Utah I have a load of clothing and gear I drop off. After a couple of months I have a little windfall and they send me a check. Just another option.

I’ve decided to keep it, found a flatbed here in town that would fit it but decided to keep her original and keep the bed on it , sadly mine is the 22R , they made a few 85s with 22R.

From the back of my safe, 1980 ish vintage. NOS never barreled Sako L579 aii receiver. Finnish made, Stoger import marks. 220 swift magazine box and bolt face. I bought this years ago to build a varmint rifle, ended up with a couple score hi built 700’s instead. This action is carbon steel, it has a couple small pitted spots from the prior owner(s), easy fix before blueing or cerakote. Butter smooth, tight lockup with adjustable trigger and bolt locking safety. I’m into this for $600, I need a close offer to let it go.
