Selling our 2001 Toyota Land Cruiser (UZJ100). I get the hype behind these truck, this has been an incredibly reliable and fun rig for us since purchasing it in August 2024. Since moving to Oregon we’re downsizing to two vehicles and planning a truck-topper camper setup, otherwise we would happily keep it.
This Cruiser has been extremely well maintained and has proven to be the perfect adventure vehicle for trips around Oregon and frequent drives up to Mt. Hood Meadows. We currently just did a ~1,200 mile trip down the coast into California through the Redwoods, Lost Coast, hwy 1 and back up through interstate 5 and this thing never skipped a beat. We don’t get our new setup until June so we may still take this on a few more trips to Bend and eastern Oregon. It starts, runs, and drives beautifully and has never left us stranded. Current mileage is at 289,500.
The legendary 4.7L 2UZ-FE V8 is known for running well past 400k miles when maintained properly, and this one has had a ton of recent baseline maintenance completed.
