Fog lights in the two vent hole of front bumper of LX450

Has anyone ever figured out a way to mount fog lights in the vent holes of a stock LX450 front bumper ?

Just weld some tabs to back and mount away

I would just use industrial adhesive like Sikaflex or other similar product to mount any tabs. I modded my ARB bumper and added some fog lights from a GMC truck IIRC, but that unloved cutting/welding.
