Fog Light Surround

Does anyone know how to go about removing the chrome fog light surrounds on a 2016+ LC 200? I'd like to have them painted or wrapped and need to remove them in order to do so.

I'm sure it's different — but on the LX they just popped out from the back with clips. If you remove the screws from the front of the wheel well and the lower splash guard behind the bumper you can get a peek up in there with a flash light.
