Looked at this today, still debating on an offer. Might be more work than I want to take on, so if anyone is interested drop me a note.
Worth $15k? Debating if $13k is reasonable.

Very clean, 211k, no rust around front and rear glass, some rust underneath - frame rails ok, unfortunately under coated. AHC works (about 30 - 40 seconds round trip). Interior nice with typical driver wear. Sunroof works. Cold AC.
Vehicle drives fine, tight steering. Completely stock. Not my favorite, paint is in good condition but has had some oxidation buffed out. Sand Dollar Pearl

Needs (reviewing service history)
Timing belt service.
Underside is clean but Lexus recommends replacing upper oil pan, rear seal.
Lexus notes one of the rear accumulators is leaking
Steering rack leaking (not visible). (However steering feels fine - I replaced mine recently and it feels identical to a new rack).
Possible wheel bearing noise

Underside pix next:

If anyone interested, post here or message me. Vehicle in Orlando. Going to pass unless dealer willing to go lower than 12,500.

Lexus service:
Note - I did not see any oil dripping, not sure if it was repaired, or is a very slow leak and pressure washed clean:

Isn't asking a Lexus dealership to evaluate the health of a Lexus with 211k miles a little bit of a conflict in interests?!?! ;)

Anyway, $13k seems reasonable to me based on my research. I had trouble pricing my LX. The market seems better than the "books" right now. I just sold my 05 GX for $11k -- books suggested ~$7k!! Asking $13k for my LX: 2004 LX470 Houston

Not offered at a Lexus dealer but looks like taken in trade at a Lexus dealer then sent to auction. Don’t know if they exaggerated problems to get lower price. Would a dealer do that? :censor:

Your 2004 looks nice! Might look at a GX or 200 series. My 1998 has 310k miles, runs great but interior/exterior shows wear. Only had it for 18 years, time for something newer.

I saw that one listed in Orlando... Been on the market a while and I figured for a reason. The spotty history steered me a way; that and the poor communication with the 3 different people trying to sell it (multiple FB marketplace ads).

The yellow color would steer me away. I would be uncomfortable driving a vehicle that matched my coffee-stained teeth. Perhaps that is what I will say to my dentist next time?: "no, my teeth are not coffee-stained. They just happen to be Sand Dollar Pearl colored."

Sold by the time I got back to the dealer, was considering an offer. Price was fair, needed TB and service, but AHC seemed to work fine. Color was painful, and would prefer LC over Lexus. Ended up with 2004 one owner. Sahara gold - which I think looks good with black trim (roof rack/bumpers/wheels). Whoever came up with this 2 tone - gold and pinkish silver — was color blind o_O
Makes me appreciate the river rock mica of my 98.
