Flipping Fj40 Steering Arms?

    Can I flip the steering arms on my 74 fj40? What I mean by flipping them is to put the left side on the right and so forth. I know I'd have to make a custom drag link, but it would be nice to run some wheels with less backspacing. Just wondered if this is possible. Thanks, Pete

    i dont see why not... you will proably need to look at moving shocks and stuff aswell..

    I don't think you want to do this..... The ackerman agle isn't the best on a stock setup, and doing this will really screw it up. Your outer wheel will be turning tighter than you inner one causing massive amounts of scrub. At least thats how I understand it.
