Everything seemed to be fine yesterday. Pulled the center instrument panel out and added a blue seas switch for rapid charge USB. Buttoned it all back up and suddenly the turn signals and emergency flashers don’t work? Checked the 7.5a fuse for turn signals and it was fine? Start checking the tail light bulbs?

Also recently added the center diff switch and the indicator bulb seems to be burned out? Does not come on, but can feel the tires lock up on pavement and can hear the solenoid click when switch is pressed.

thanks,

todd

The more likely answer is you missed getting a plug seated on the instrument cluster. Everything was working before you took it apart.....

Probably the sensor on the transfer case is bad. Search the forum and you'll find threads on identifying each transfer case sensor (I think there are three). There's a cheap Dorman switch you can use instead of Toyota. You can also try cleaning the switch by cycling it while connected to a battery:

Issue with the hazard switch. probably just forgot to reconnect. The turn signals all pass-through the hazard switch.

Finally got dash torn up again and sure enough, the flasher plug was the culprit. Thanks for the KISS remedy before I tore into the wiring. Will try and diagnose the center differential indicator this weekend. Looked at the 30amp fuse in the panel and that was not it.

Thanks!

Todd
