FJZ80 Front Sway Bar Bushing Sleeve (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know the part number of the metal sleeve that goes inside the sway bar bushing, that the bolt then slides into?

I ordered replacement bushings, 90385-11021, but they don't have the cylindrical metal sleeve. I'm missing the metal sleeve, so burn through rubber bushings in a few months. This diagram doesn't show the metal sleeve being separate from 90385:
