I purchased this for my LX450;however it only works on LandCruisers as it doesn't have the provision to move the antennae up/down.

Brand new. I paid $146 for it from Toyota.

do you know how and why landcruisers and lx's aren't interchangable? Don't all FZJ80's (lc's and lx's) have the up/down attenna buttons?

Do you still have the antenna assembly? I'm not sure if your post is saying that your LX doesn't have the provision to raise / lower the antenna? Or are you saying the part you got doesn't support the button to raise/lower?

If it has the hook up to raise/lower the antenna with the button in the cab, I'll take it.
