Anybody out there have experience replacing the glass on the sunroof? Do I need to remove the entire sunroof mechanism?

Glass removal only is a simple and straightforward process.
6 bolts total (3 per side) accessed from inside the truck with the sunroof closed. Bolts are under side plastic trim pieces that WILL crack as they are super brittle after 20+ years in the sun. Trim is held on with two metal clips per side. Gray trim is still available, tan is not.
