They're the older acorn style - not newer shank. Look to be in nice shape, though.

'95 and newer have a flat washer integrated into the lug nut to better distribute the clamping forces.
Pre 95 have acorn style lugnuts - traditional looking that clamp against the wheel only with the tapered edge.
