single swing out kit for 4x4 labs bumper with spare tire mount, swing arm is sleeved, comes with latch/license mount/everything that comes with the labs swing kit.

This is not the bumper, and is not an assembled/welded kit. It is a new kit that I didn't use because I sold the 80.

Spindle welds into the 4x4 labs bumper or custom bumper. Swing arm bolts to spindle.
