FJ70 Intermittent Rough Idle (1 Viewer)

Hello Y'all

I have a FJ70 which is playing up lately with a sporadic rough idle issue. Everything seems to be on the dot i.e timing, idle mixture, good plugs/wires, no vacum leaks etc etc. When she feels like, she idles like a dream, then all of a sudden she becoms a suzuki and starts idling rough . I am beaten for any clues and cant really crack this one. Reckon you folks here at mud might be able to give me some leads. Awaiting your replies.

My brother had this problem on his fj73 ,
i dont know what the part is called but it was some wire/plug thing that went to the carby

its plug to solenoid throttle valve, I had this problem, plug was too lose.

also check ignition coil, better just replace with new one.
