I bought a new one thinking the old one was bad after I pulled it out realized it just need to be cleaned up works just fine.

I need to check on mine. It may just need cleaning and tightening screws. Right now if I lower the window more than halfway it sometimes fall off the track requiring a half hour to repair it each time.
