Once you have a transmission down and it's still on a jack all you need to do to pull it out is jack up the right rear corner until you can slide the transmission under the frame rail. I recently went through this in swapping out a H55F which is taller than a A440F. I first jacked the axle up until I could fit a floor jack under the rear tire then jacked from there. Advantage to this is having 3 tires in contact with the ground, but there will be some shifting of weight toward the right rear as the truck is lifted.
