Just swapped out my stock front sway bar links for these FJ60 FJ62 BJ60 HJ60 HJ61 Sway Bar Links Heavy Duty High Angle Front for 2" to 3" inch Lift 1980, 1981, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989 - Landcruiser Parts - https://manafrelv.com/product/60-series-heavy-duty-high-angle-sway-bar-links-for-2-3-lift/

The OEM ones were bent and the bushings were shot so I feel good about the swap in that regard. However, looking at the angle of the sway bar and the distance between the axle and the bar, I'm a little worried. I'm a little confused because my truck does have an OME lift, perhaps it has sagged a bit... Does this look okay or should I go back to shorter links?

I'll snap of picture of mine with OME lift and OEM linkages and post up shortly.

Hate to say this, but I'm guessing that you're in for a knuckle re-build... very soon.

Hey Old Nick - thanks for taking the time to snap a pic. Yup, knuckles are definitely leaking... I don't think the axle seal is leaking though so I'll probably keep them full of moly grease for now.

Well now I'm not so sure the axle seals are good after all. Sorta smells like gear oil
No worries. Glad to help. I don’t think your stabilizer looks too funky at all. Drive one side of your truck onto an incline to extend your suspension then hop out to have a look underneath. Do that for the DS and PS sides. If all looks good, don’t worry about it. If the stabilizer is rubbing or flexing as it shouldn’t, put the OEM links back on. That’s what I would do, but others may chime in.

If you decide to tackle the knuckles yourself, there are excellent step by step videos around here and at the tube by by Otramm.

I believe you want the "arm" of the sway bar roughly parallel with the ground. (the part of the end of the sway bar that attaches to the link).

I was searching topics....Anyone know the size of the bolt that holds the front sway bar bushing in ? I've screwed up one of mine. I know its a 12 mm head, but need to know metric size of the bolt itself.
