They are not the same screws at all. They’re the closest fit Toyota sells.
I purchased the “official screw” for the dash from Toyota and it’s shiny silver zinc plated and has a squared off tip.

Black screws were my originals. Silver ones are new Toyota replacements - that are supposed to be the replacement.
I colored them up with a black sharpie ink pen (not shown) and they looked good enough to me.
