I have a used steering damper from my 1989 FJ62 that has 120k on it. Opens and closes with good resistance. Rubber ends are in great shape. One small split on the smaller end as seen in the pictures. The tube got scratched and squished by the newbie at the dealership when I went to get the alignment done last year. Some light surface rust. Damper Tube is stamped Toyota. Free. Just pay shipping.
