You mean the arms that the bumper bolts to? I thought they were riveted to the frame, not available as separate pieces.
If you can find someone parting out a shell they can cut the frame horns off. I just got some from a guy up here in Leesburg.

That’s what I was hoping to find. The PO of our 62 put in a custom front bumper and drilled the rivets out for the horns.
