Good luck with that! I've been needing to replace mine now for awhile. Dealer wants about $350 installed. Let me know if you have some luck with that.

While i realize $175 for the antenna is not cheap, installing is no big deal. Very simple DIY project.
No need to get a dealership involved.

If you just have a broken mast and cord a forerunner replacement mast and cord will work.

Yes, i put an electric antenna in my 60 years ago. I also took it out and put it back in while doing my resto a few months ago. You just need to remove the washer tank.
