1st pick: leads for heater control back light. Red-grn is positive, wht-grn grounds through dimmer.

2nd pick: back of dimmer switch. Wht-blk is chassey ground, red-grn and wht-grn go to backlight bulbs.
Let me know if you need anything more specific

Started the fun after work on figuring this wiring out.

Found the inverter. Connected both white wires to the white and green tracer and have backlighting and needles working.

Pull the bulb and dash lights go out.
Can I install a piggy back fuse block and run the white wire straight to a fuse instead of having it run through the climate control circuit?

On the ls swap i did i added a bussman water proof fuse panel under the hood that has relays and extra 12v outputs i used one of them for the constant 12v power i also added a fuse panel triggered by a relay in the bussman using ignition switched power to make the aux fuse panel power operate anything i needed ignition power for one of the outputs i used for ignition power for the gauges and grounded the gauges to chassis ground. Basically my 12v power and my switched power are independent from the 60. Let me see if i can find some pics of the install.

Got it all figured out after my wife brought dinner to my dads and went out for the night.

Cut the white/ green tracer and spliced wire and ran to ground.

Installed a good ground lug to bond more ground wires to. Touched the white/ green tracer and the climate control bulb worked.

Located a green wire in a non used wire harness that turned on and off with the headlight switch.

Carefully put it all back in the dash. So glad that’s all figured out.
