Anybody familiar with this overdrive? This pic is for an otherwise original FJ60 listed for sale in Louisville. I’m no expert but I’ve got an FJ40 and have spent my fair share of rainy days on this forum and haven’t seen this before.

Well, it’s not stock, and id be very, VERY cautious of it!
The most popular if not the only over drive made to work with the FJ60 back in the day was a Fairey overdrive. They weren't as robust as the transmission or transfer case.

All I’m saying is, as there are no new parts available, and it replaces the entire back half of your split transfer case, be very very gentle with it...
