Wanted FJ60 manual parts for FJ62 conversion (1 Viewer)

Looking for parts put a 5 speed into a FJ62.
I have the H55f 5 speed and transfer case with shifters, new clutch kit , new clutch cylinder and slave & pedal bucket.

Since the US 4 speed had the 5 speed spacer, and thus the same length, basically in need the following parts.

Both drive shafts with hardware
Transmission cross member with hardware
Floor plate with boots with hardware.
Bell housing with hardware
Flywheel with hardware
