I have an extra complete FJ60 dash gauge and bezel complete with all gauges and bulbs. I have not tested it as I do not own an 60 but own 2 62's.
Its been stored in in a dry place for many years.

It is possible however that some of the gauges will interchange between 60 and 62 clusters. I cold be wrong. Take a chance and find out!
I have a brown center console for a 60 as well. Pretty clean but some mounting holes are going to need washers. Make an offer. Ships for no extra charge.
