Is that...dare I even ask...NEW???
What country you had to conquer to get that?
...Oh and how much did it cost if you don't mind me asking?

What gearing did you get in the set up.
Is it new from Japan
Did you get the fronts too or are you just going with the rears.
Nice I just about bid on a beater last night just for another set of lockers and the 12ht motor for my next project.

I hate you :flipoff2:

super cool

Aaarg! I'm blind!! Can't see through all the shiny, clean, non-rusty pieces of metal. Oh the pain of it all!!, make it stop!!

No she's not new old stock, she just deserved to be built that way.
I picked her up a while back from fellow MUDder rapovt in Vermont. He aquired it with a bunch of parts that came from Japan. It had a factory LSD.

Jim Chenoweth (fj40jim), put in an ARB locker and set up the 4:56 gear as well as replaced bearings, seals .

I added all the new glitter. :p

I've got E-brake-cable envy...

:grinpimp:

so i have an on topic question,
do they use the same brake parts as their significantly less cool cousins?
Don't see why not. All of my SF brake hardware bolted right onto the FF that I bought used from SOR. Mine is nowhere near as purty as that!

i dont see anything... no picture, no x's nothin.

Fu**ing sick. Congrats.

Here would be the only slight modification to the trained eye.:hillbilly:
I didn't realize until after I ordered the brake lines, and compared it next to my semi float, that there were no tabs welded to the axle tube for the clamps.
I suppose if I ordered for a full float the lines would have curved down farther for the clamp tab which is on the tube perch. It slipped my mind as I thought they were the same in the housing area.
I had to make small extensions to reach the line. Rewelding was not an option to me after being powder coated.
