Fj60 Carburetor Insulator Gasket Condition? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys,
Getting my manifolds resurfaced at this moment and trying to get ahead of the game so I'm ready to put my de-smogged 84 FJ60 all back together. I wondering if I need to just buy a new carburetor insulator gasket at this point after doing all this other work (replacing carb with Trollhole) or just put gaskets that I already have on each side of insulator? Or maybe no gaskets are needed as it still has the bonded gaskets on it but the edges are a bit beat up. Please let me know what you think. Thanks a million!

• Gaskets on top of old insulator probably won't leak
• Reusing old insulator without gaskets might leak but maybe not.

I dunno. Looks ok to me, but as stated, new on is still available. When you reassemble, use a thin film of Sil-Glyde or other synthetic grease on the insulator gaskets and carb/manifold metal surface so the bonded gaskets won't stick and tear when stuff is pulled apart (next time).
