FJ60 auto transmission fit into a HDJ80??? (1 Viewer)

Does any one know if the bell housing and input shafts are the same? I am aware of the center diff lock on the HDJ80 and the selectable 4x in the FJ60.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

2 and 3f housings are the same, and I've heard the 3f block is shared with one of the diesel engines, not sure which or if that's even true. But if a=b and b =c, a=c. Let us know how it turns out! Though the a440 is known to over heat and eat output shafts and hp

Petrol A440F trans will mate to 2H/12H-T diesel variations.

It will not mate with a 1990+ 1Hx diesel variation.
