FJ60 and FJ61 same Spring/shackles? (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if the 60's and 62's run the same springs and shackles?

yes and no, the rear springs in a 62 have at least one more leaf. But there is no reason why they can't swap. Also thhe fj62 rear sway bar will bolt right up to a fj60(at least late models)

Nice...I just grabbed a set of FJ60 Shackles from a bud and he's sending them up...I could have waited for them to arrive but I'm impatient. Plan is to use the basic measurements for a 1.5" lift shackle, and my 62 is sitting at the In-laws until they retun from Bermuda (rollin in the Dad-in-laws Taco Limited till then.....)

The only suspension component that is different is the early 60's, to 84, IIRC, have a smaller shock stud/eye...and what John pointed out about the rear spring pack...
