This is complete bolt on light duty hitch. This hitch is capable of towing anything an FJ60 can safely tow, 3500lbWC /350lb TW
I have the receiver, hitch, some balls and bolts necessary to install this. This does not require any drilling nor do you have to remove the rear tow hook.
