I have a 65 45 that is missing the rear passenger reflector. Any idea what year this is for? Looks like mine has a different housing.

A recent thread about LED substitutes for the rear red reflectors made me think about the progression of Koito reflectors on the rear valence of the pickup trucks. I've attached photos of three versions I have seen, but these don't seem to match-up with the dates listed in the Parts catalogs...
