I would suggest that you check with @Awl_TEQ . He has produced a reproduction kit for a headache rack (you need to weld it together).

Trust me, his stuff is SUPER high quality.

Does it just have some surface rust on it and what do you want for it

Dr Claw sold me some 45 upper seat belt bracket years ago. He was great to deal with. Got my 45 headache rack from California. Cutting the welds on the bottom braces helped lower the shipping cost by allowing for a narrower package.
