For Sale FJ40 Winch Bumper-8274 (MA)

I have a winch bumper off of my 71 FJ40, has the mount to fit a warn 8274, PO said it was recently powder coated. Very clean some scratches on the front and a little bit of rust on one of the mounts. One of the mounting plates has a bit missing at the end so one of the bolts doesn't have anything behind it(see pictures). Has never had a winch mounted, only reason I'm selling is I put a Redline bumper on my 40. Trying to get $150 OBO. I prefer local pickup but will ship at buyers expense.
