My dad, son and I are rebuilding a 1973 fj40. The current rims are from a newer 4runner and rub the tie rod ends when turning hard.
Researching rims i've been running into backspacing issues when searching for a rim and stumbled across this - do you think these rims would work. Do you see any issues. Probably going to run with 235/85 16 tires.
My main question is - will the 2.25" backspacing cause problems?
