I have two of these brackets to mount the spare tire on an fj40.

The first, silver mount, is very nice has all the studs and lugnuts. You coukd use it as is or simply blast a paint to match. Asking 50.00 plus shipping.

The second, black mount, had been welded to a home brew tireswing out. I cut it off but it still needs cleaned up. It is missing a stud. It is servicable but not as nice as the other one. Asking 30.00 plus shipping
