That looks like a Dunlop RK3 tire. If so, it’s most likely that the rim is a rivet rim. A good detail to know when selling...or buying.

Just got back from vacation and took a look. Thanks I did not know to look. The rim appears to be riveted (see image). The assembly is from a 1973.
Do you still have this? and will you be in Portland anytime?

I have the spare tire, but the carrier is gone. We could arrange to meet in Portland some time if you want the spare.
