Hello, are any of the bottom lip rails (the part that mates with the tub) in good condition with respect to rust?

No. Rusty and toast

the front post sections directly behind the door can be cut off to be made into soft top bows. The rear vent window bar can be cut out and used to convert a non vent window top. Those pieces are small enough to ship and may be of value to someone.
