FJ40 Igniter/Coil wiring !!!!Help!!!! (1 Viewer)

I have purchased a 83 Igniter to replace my 79 igniter (last pic) The wire from my 79 were 2 black to the - side and 1 yellow to the + side.

The new 83 iginter one has the 2 wires being yellow and the 1 being black. Please see pic.

Could I get a detailed pic of yours to make sure I am not crossing these.

On the 81-87 igniter, the 2 wire terminal is to the positive coil terminal.
Single wire is to the negative coil terminal.

If you follow the the two wire terminal back, one goes into ignitor and other is to the male terminal. That is the +12V supply for coil & ignitor power.

Single female terminal is tach output.

Ground is through mounting foot.
